We are seeking an experienced and motivated Youth Worker to join their team, working within secondary schools and college settings. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and group support to students in secondary schools and college settings. • Develop and deliver programs aimed at enhancing life skills, resilience, and emotional well-being. • Act as a mentor and positive role model, building trust and rapport with young people. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students. • Address issues such as bullying, peer pressure, mental health, and academic challenges. • Facilitate workshops and activities that promote personal growth, confidence, and community involvement. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding practices are upheld. • Identify and respond to the individual needs of students, providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.
