About the Role: We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join vibrant and welcoming primary schools in Bury. As a Level 2 TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Responsibilities: - Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs, including SEND (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties). - Assisting the class teacher in implementing engaging lessons and activities. - Supporting pupils with their learning in core subjects such as English and Maths. Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and maintaining a safe learning environment. - Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources. - Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
