We are seeking to appoint two teaching assistants to a setting in Bromsgrove to support a small class of students with varying special educational needs & disabilities locally. You will be working in a well-established local SEND school setting which has a strong reputationally locally for providing support for their students to help them achieve educationally & individually. In the roles, you will be working in a class with other support staff & a teacher, who will help you adapt and find your feet in-role. These roles will be working full-time (Monday to Friday) during term-time only, working the hours of 08:30am until 3:45pm. You will need previous experience supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEND) to be considered for this vacancy. However, this can come from residential support, support work or similar other professions which we consider transferrable on a case-by-case basis.
