About the Role: We're looking for full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to work closely with children who need extra support in and out of the classroom. Many of the students you'll be working with are on the autism spectrum and benefit greatly from consistent, calm, and patient support throughout the school day. No previous experience is required—just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
