About the Role: We are looking for full-time Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis in a school that supports both primary and secondary-aged students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex needs. Students benefit from small class sizes, tailored learning, and access to the school’s on-site farm, which offers therapeutic and hands-on learning experiences. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils engage with their education in a supportive, nurturing setting.
