Position: Learning and Care Support Assistant (LCSA) Location: SEND Site, Southwark Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:00 Daily Pay Rate: From £83 per day About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Learning and Care Support Assistant (LCSA) to join our specialist team within our SEND provision. Based in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built facilities, you will be supporting students with complex needs, ensuring their educational and personal care requirements are met with dignity and respect. This role is ideal for candidates with UK-based experience in care or special educational needs (SEN) settings who are confident in providing personal care support. Key Responsibilities: • Provide attentive and respectful personal care and support to students, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. • Assist students with their daily learning activities, working collaboratively with teaching staff to support personalised educational plans. • Support students’ social and emotional development within a safe and structured environment. • Maintain clear, professional verbal communication with students and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
