Start Date: September Start
Hours: Full-time and Part-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary with the view to go permeant
Salary: £89 per day

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and resilient individual who can connect with learners who face barriers to education. You may come from a background in education, youth work, psychology, or any area where you’ve supported young people. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, confident, and ready to meet challenges with creativity, care, and a student-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, particularly those with ADHD, Autism, and behavioural needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual student needs.
• Act as a mentor and positive role model, helping students navigate social, emotional, and learning challenges.
• Help manage classroom behaviour in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
• Encourage engagement, participation, and self-confidence in students across the curriculum.
• Support personalised learning plans and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural challenges.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour support.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
