Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the main teacher by providing tailored support to students with ADHD, both in group settings and one-on-one. • Developing and implementing strategies to keep students focused and on task. • Adjusting learning materials to suit individual needs and learning styles. • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress. • Being a role model and mentor, encouraging students to achieve their full potential. What We Need from You: • A patient, flexible and resourceful mindset. • Previous experience working with students with ADHD or additional learning needs (preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Dedication to creating an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and conducive to learning.
