Job Title: ADHD Primary School Teaching Assistant Hours: 8:30am- 4:00pm Pay: £95 a day Location: London, Wandsworth, SW19 Are you passionate about education and have a knack for supporting students with ADHD? We're on the lookout for a vibrant and understanding Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team in London. Our ideal candidate will bring creativity and a positive energy to the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the main teacher by providing tailored support to students with ADHD, both in group settings and one-on-one. • Developing and implementing strategies to keep students focused and on task. • Adjusting learning materials to suit individual needs and learning styles. • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress. • Being a role model and mentor, encouraging students to achieve their full potential. What We Need from You: • A patient, flexible and resourceful mindset. • Previous experience working with students with ADHD or additional learning needs (preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Dedication to creating an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and conducive to learning.
