Job Title: SEND Teaching & Support Staff required!
Teachers and Teaching Assistants Needed
Chelmsford | SEND School | Multiple Sites | Permanent & Long-Term Roles
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs? We are currently recruiting qualified Teachers and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join a complex SEND school in Chelmsford, supporting pupils with a range of needs across different age groups.
About the School:
- A well-established SEND school based in Chelmsford
- Supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Operates across separate sites based on age groupings
- Highly supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Roles Available:
- Qualified Teachers – experienced in or passionate about SEND (MUST HAVE QTS)
- Teaching Assistants – previous experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not essential

- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and external professionals
