Assess, track, and report on the progress of each student, and identify areas requiring attention. 4. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on their child’s progress and strategies to support learning at home. 5. Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community. 6. Support the social and emotional wellbeing of the students. 7. Manage classroom behavior by setting clear expectations and maintaining discipline in a fair and consistent manner. 8. Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. 9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and coordinate activities. 10. Organize and facilitate a variety of educational and social activities. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. - Experience in teaching at primary level is essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Capacity to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. - A commitment to continuous professional development. - Enhanced DBS Disclosure or willingness to obtain one.
