Job Title: Flexible School Support Worker (Secondary Schools) Location: Taunton and Surrounding Areas Pay Rate: £92.00 – £109.00 per day Job Type: Flexible / Supply – Term Time Only Hours: School hours (typically 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday) Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are recruiting Flexible School Support Workers to work across a range of secondary schools, primary and Special Needs schools, supporting students in the classroom and beyond. About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to work in different school settings, supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The role may involve supporting students with additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, helping them stay engaged, manage behaviour, and access their learning. You can choose when you work, making this an ideal role for those seeking flexibility while gaining valuable experience in education.
