About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to work in different school settings, supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The role may involve supporting students with additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, helping them stay engaged, manage behaviour, and access their learning. You can choose when you work, making this an ideal role for those seeking flexibility while gaining valuable experience in education.
