The school offers small class sizes, strong pastoral support and a relationship-led approach to behaviour. In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis. • Using de-escalation strategies and consistent boundaries to promote engagement. • Supporting learning across core subjects and structured interventions. • Building positive, trusting relationships to help pupils re-engage with education. • Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff.
