This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and Autism Spectrum Condition, helping them to manage their emotions, develop social skills, and fully engage in their education. Working closely with teachers, the SENCo, and other staff, you will provide individualised support to ensure students have the tools they need to thrive academically and personally.
