As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to children with a range of learning needs, fostering an environment that encourages each student to achieve their full potential. Our ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to inclusive education practices. Key Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of individualized learning plans under the guidance of the classroom teacher. • Assist in creating engaging and accessible learning materials for pupils with SEND. • Aid in the behaviour management and social integration of students within the classroom and wider school environment. • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for students with additional needs. • Monitor and report on the progress of students, contributing to reviews and assessments as required.
