As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to children and young people with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and develop essential social and emotional skills. You will work closely with teachers and the pastoral team to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Experience working with individuals with SEMH needs—whether professional or personal—is essential. The ideal candidate will be patient, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping pupils overcome challenges.
