The Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to the individual needs of students.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver inclusive and therapeutic learning experiences.
Foster positive, trusting relationships that enable students to feel safe, valued, and understood.
Support behaviour management through proven strategies that promote self-regulation, emotional well-being, and respectful interactions.
