What You’ll Be Doing: • Providing 1:1 support to children with SEN, helping them engage in learning and build confidence. • Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive and inclusive classroom. • Encouraging independence and personal growth in students. • Assisting with classroom activities, learning plans and general support.
