Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Building Services
Teaching Assistant – Building Services
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students studying Building Services at our Paddington centre.
You will work alongside tutors to support students with classroom and practical activities, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
Location: Paddington – Building Services
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Support tutors during lessons and practical activities
• Provide one-to-one and small-group student support
• Assist with coursework, practical tasks and learning activities
• Help organise tools, equipment and resources
• Promote a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements
• Experience working with students or young people is desirable
• Knowledge of Building Services or Construction is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised and supportive approach
