Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, qualified Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Teddington. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging instruction across the curriculum, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school policies.
• Assess, record and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and whole-school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Uphold the school’s safeguarding and pastoral care standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2?years teaching experience in a mainstream secondary or primary setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate instruction.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
