About the Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support across academic, emotional, and social learning
• Deliver hands-on, creative, outdoor, and therapeutic activities that help re-engage students
• Use trauma-informed and relational practices to help young people feel safe, respected, and capable
• Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals to meet EHCP and re-engagement goals
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in SEMH, SEND, alternative provision, youth work, or creative/therapeutic learning
• Adaptable and calm in non-traditional settings—especially outdoors or creative spaces
• Skilled at building trust with young people and supporting emotional regulation
• Backgrounds in creative arts, drama, music, nature-based learning, or therapeutic practice are especially welcome
