About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to support, deliver and lead learning across the school. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering tailored interventions and small group sessions Supporting pupils with complex needs, including sensory impairments, communication difficulties, and physical disabilities Assisting with personal care and mobility needs Working collaboratively with therapists, SENCOs and support staff Helping to develop accessible, inclusive learning environments Requirements: Experience working with children with SEND, particularly PMLD and complex needs Comfortable with personal care duties Excellent behaviour management and communication skills A patient, enthusiastic and resilient mindset Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply) Why Join Axcis Education?
