Great long-term opportunity for a strong and experienced SEND TA to join a primary school in Birmingham – B36 area The role will involve supporting pupils across Years 4–6, working with some challenging classes, so they are looking for someone who is confident, resilient and able to build positive relationships with pupils. • Full-time, Monday–Friday • 8:15am–3:15pm • Years 4–6 • Long-term position starting ASAP • Challenging classes so someone good with behaviour management • Level 2 qualification in Education minimum This would suit someone who has previous experience working with children with additional needs and is confident managing challenging behaviour.
