What’s the role? You’ll be working with children aged 4 to 11 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, communication and interaction needs, and developmental delay. Many pupils work with individualised learning plans and need patient, consistent support to feel safe, build trust, and make progress — both academically and emotionally. Your role will involve: - Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, both inside and outside the classroom - Assisting the class teacher with differentiated activities, sensory sessions, and communication-based learning - Helping with regulation strategies and behaviour support - Providing personal care where needed Who are we looking for?
