Job Title: Graduate Mental Health Support in School
Location: Bath, BA1 Start Date: 20th April Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Contract: Long-term Pay: £14.25 per hour (£92.63 per day) Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in education, psychology, or mental health? We are working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Bath seeking a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This role focuses on supporting pupils with autism (ASD), ADHD and additional behavioural needs. You’ll be working closely with individual children and small groups, helping them stay engaged in learning, supporting emotional regulation and providing calm, consistent guidance throughout the school day. The Role: - Support pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs in and out of the classroom - Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs - Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour - Encourage communication, social interaction and engagement in learning - Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies What We’re Looking For: You don’t need direct school experience to apply.
