The role: You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups with secondary-aged students who may display challenging behaviour, have difficulty regulating their emotions, or struggle with traditional classroom settings. You’ll build trusting relationships and become a key part of their support network, helping them access learning and develop vital social skills.
