Job Title: Graduate Mental Health Support in School
Full-Time | £13.70 per hour | Bath | September Start Are you a graduate looking to build a career in psychology, education, or counselling? Do you want hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs in a school setting? Axcis Education is working in partnership with a well-respected all-boys secondary school in Bath to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This role is perfect for graduates who want to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable young people – no prior school experience required, just the right personality, attitude, and commitment to helping students thrive. The role: You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups with secondary-aged students who may display challenging behaviour, have difficulty regulating their emotions, or struggle with traditional classroom settings. You’ll build trusting relationships and become a key part of their support network, helping them access learning and develop vital social skills.
