This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs, particularly in a secondary school setting. The Role: As an SEMH TA, you’ll support students across the secondary age range, helping to create a positive learning environment for those with additional needs. Some students do present with challenging behaviours, so confidence and a calm, professional approach are key.
