Job Title: Full-Time SEMH Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Location: Theale, Reading Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday Contract: Permanent Interviews: Date to be confirmed by the school We’re working closely with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school that is looking to appoint a permanent SEMH teaching assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs, particularly in a secondary school setting. The Role: As an SEMH TA, you’ll support students across the secondary age range, helping to create a positive learning environment for those with additional needs. Some students do present with challenging behaviours, so confidence and a calm, professional approach are key.
