In this role, you will be: • Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent. • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged. • Managing classroom behaviour calmly and effectively. • Supporting within the school’s SEND provision when required.
