Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisor – Secondary – Tower Hamlets

Axcis are working with a high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join their team. The school has a Good Ofsted rating, modern facilities and a strong commitment to inclusion and staff development. Located just a short walk from Limehouse Station, the school is well connected by Tube, Overground and bus routes.
In this role, you will be:
• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged.
• Managing classroom behaviour calmly and effectively.
• Supporting within the school’s SEND provision when required.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, TA or mentor in a secondary school.
• Confident classroom management and communication skills.
• Adaptability and a professional approach to working across different subjects.
• A passion for education and supporting young people.
