Job Title: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Wandsworth, SW18, London Pay: £90 a day Hours: 8:30am- 4:00pm We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wandsworth, SW18, London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of children with complex learning difficulties, behavioural issues, ADHD, and Autism. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and delivering of tailored educational programmes for individuals and groups. • Provide one-to-one support to students, encouraging them to engage in learning activities. • Help manage classroom behaviour, implementing strategies to promote positive conduct. • Work closely with the lead teacher to assess and record students' progress. • Facilitate communication between the students and the educational team. • Prepare the necessary materials, resources, and environment for daily activities. • Support students with their emotional and social development, fostering a nurturing and secure atmosphere. • Liaise with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the students' learning and well-being.
