Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisor – All-Through School – Tower Hamlets

Axcis are supporting a popular all-through school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to work across KS2, KS3 and KS4. The school offers a calm, structured learning environment with excellent pastoral systems, a strong culture of behaviour support and a commitment to staff development.

In this role, you will be:
• Delivering pre-set lessons in the teacher’s absence, ensuring a purposeful, structured environment.
• Managing behaviour using restorative, consistent and relationship-led approaches.
• Working with SEND pupils who need additional support during lessons.
• Building rapport across multiple year groups and curricular areas.
• Supporting extra-curricular activities, routines and wider school life.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, TA, mentor or similar school-based role.
• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication.
• Adaptability, professionalism and confidence leading groups independently.
• A positive, team-centered attitude.
