Job Title: ASD Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant – ASD Resource Provision (Level 3 or 4 Considered)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? A forward-thinking and inclusive school in Bolton is looking to recruit multiple full-time Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated ASD Resource Provision, starting September 2025.
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to support pupils with ASD within a specialist resource base. These positions are ideal for candidates who thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment and are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.
Key Details:
• Role: Teaching Assistant – ASD Resource Provision
• Level: Level 3 or Level 4 considered
• Contract: Full-time, term time + INSET days
• Start Date: September 2025
• Location: Bolton
• Salary: Dependent on experience and qualification level (SEN allowance may be available)
• Positions: Multiple roles available
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience supporting children with ASD or other additional needs
• Be patient, nurturing, and resilient
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be able to adapt support to meet individual learning styles and needs
• Hold a relevant Level 3 or 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
