Axcis Education is teaming up with a fantastic school in Keynsham to find a Youth Mental Health Support Worker. This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, and there’s a good chance it could turn into a permanent job. Pay is £89 per day. What you’ll be doing: • Working one-to-one with students who need help managing their emotions and behaviour • Building strong, trusting relationships with young people, offering encouragement and support • Helping students engage with learning in a way that works best for them • Teaming up with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured environment where students can thrive Who we’re looking for: We care more about the right person than ticking boxes for qualifications.
