The successful candidate will deliver engaging sessions that combine varied styles of learning, helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and progress in their education. Key Responsibilities • Teach and support learners in core subjects, adapting lessons to suit different abilities. • Plan and prepare lessons that support both academic and practical development. • Monitor and record student progress. • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to provide a positive learning environment. • Encourage participation, confidence, and personal development among learners. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Experience teaching or tutoring • The ability to teach at GCSE or Functional Skills level • A recognised teaching, coaching, or tutoring qualification (or relevant experience). • Strong communication and motivational skills. • A supportive and adaptable approach to working with learners.
