Axcis are recruiting SEMH/ASD Support Staff to work across a number of primary and secondary settings in North West London, supporting students with additional needs in a therapeutic education environment.

About the role:
You will be supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), helping them access learning and develop both academically and emotionally.
This is a hands-on role where you will need to:
-Build strong, trusting relationships
-Manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively
-Support students with regulation and engagement
-Work as part of a therapeutic and collaborative team

What we’re looking for:
-Experience with SEMH and/or ASD
-Resilient, calm, and patient individuals
-Strong behaviour management skills
-A supportive and personable approach
-Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (essential)
-Degree in Psychology or Sociology (desirable)
