This is a hands-on role where you will need to: -Build strong, trusting relationships -Manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively -Support students with regulation and engagement -Work as part of a therapeutic and collaborative team The setting: These schools offer a therapeutic education approach, placing the child at the centre of everything they do. -DfE registered special school -Rated Outstanding by Ofsted -Supporting pupils aged 7–19 with EHCPs -Strong focus on emotional wellbeing, behaviour support, and personalised learning Many students have experienced disrupted education or high anxiety - your role will be key in helping change their journey.
