We are working with a well-regarded mainstream primary school in Weymouth that is looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their brand-new SEND hub. The school supports pupils with SEN and complex needs, following the Norfolk Model to provide structured, nurturing, and individualised support. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping pupils feel secure, build trusting relationships, and develop the confidence they need to succeed — both academically and emotionally — within a supportive and inclusive environment. Your role and impact As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your work will make a genuine difference every day.
