Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Autism Support Location: Southall, West London (excellent rail links) Start Date: ASAP – October 2025 Contract: Full-time | Long-term Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Daily Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Southall to recruit a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role. You will provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The pupil is bright and inquisitive, thrives on routine and consistency, and requires additional support with emotional regulation, transitions, personal care, and managing challenging behaviour.
