The Role This is a full-time, long-term position within the school’s Special Resourced Provision (SRP), supporting a small group of up to 10 KS2 pupils with additional needs. Primary needs supported include: -Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) -Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) -Behavioural challenges Some pupils may experience emotional dysregulation, including verbal outbursts or inappropriate language. The successful candidate will demonstrate patience, professionalism, and consistency, using a calm and confident approach alongside positive behaviour strategies.
