Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Role Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a confident, proactive, and resilient professional to support pupils with SEMH needs. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and can work independently across the school day. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils across different settings and will be required to travel between pupils throughout the day. Key responsibilities include: Providing mentoring support and positively managing challenging behaviours Motivating pupils to engage in learning and make progress Supporting SEMH needs through firm boundaries delivered in a nurturing, supportive way Managing time effectively while working independently Producing clear, high-quality daily reports using a computer Essential Requirements Candidates must: Be a driver and willing to travel between pupils Have strong behaviour management and mentoring skills Be organised, reliable, and able to manage their workload effectively Be confident using IT systems for daily reporting Have a good understanding of SEMH needs Why Apply?
