Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Secondary Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: M32 Salary: £89 - £100 Contract: [Full Time / Part Time, Term-Time] About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with secondary school students and be confident in supporting classroom learning across a range of subjects. Key Responsibilities: - Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons. - Assist students with learning, providing one-to-one or group support as needed. - Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. - Prepare resources and support the smooth running of lessons. - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Essential Requirements: - Proven experience working in secondary schools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities. - Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude. Desirable: - Relevant TA or teaching qualifications. - Experience supporting students with SEND or challenging behaviour.
