Job Title: Teaching Assistant SEN

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded mainstream primary school in Charmouth to recruit a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. Based within Key Stage 2, this rewarding role focuses on providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is far more than a classroom support position. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, help children feel safe and understood, and empower them to develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
