Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:00pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (until end of academic year)
A friendly and inclusive secondary school in East London (E11) is seeking a reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. You’ll be working across mixed-ability classes, supporting students with autism (ASD), complex needs and behavioural challenges, as well as pupils in mainstream lessons. Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCO, you’ll help maintain positive engagement, promote good behaviour and ensure all students receive the support they need to thrive.
The school is looking for someone who:
-Has strong experience supporting young people with SEN
-Is confident with both SEND and mainstream learners
-Brings a calm, adaptable and proactive approach
-Is committed, dependable and eager to make an impact
