Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to become part of a supportive school team and play an important role in helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about creating a positive learning environment. You will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide effective classroom support, encourage pupil engagement and help children develop their confidence, independence and potential.
The school is looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting
Is enthusiastic, patient and committed to supporting pupils
Can build positive relationships with children and staff
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable, proactive and adaptable
Holds relevant Teaching Assistant/support qualifications or equivalent experience
Key Information:
32.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday, term time only
ASAP start
