This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant looking to take on a new and rewarding challenge. Its senior leadership team is dedicated to delivering exceptional education and support for every pupil. Role Overview This is a full-time position starting in September, working Monday to Friday. You will support children with a variety of complex SEND needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in the classroom environment. Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Pay rate: £92.63 per day Key Responsibilities . Support children aged 4 to 11 within the classroom . Work closely with pupils with SEND, adapting support to individual needs . Deliver personalised, one-to-one or small group assistance . Develop positive and meaningful relationships with pupils . Maintain a calm and supportive presence in the learning environment Requirements . Previous experience working in a primary school setting . Strong behaviour management skills . A caring, patient, and empathetic approach . Ability to build positive relationships with pupils . An enhanced DBS on the Update Service .
