Job Title: Teacher
Axcis Education are working in partnership with a SEMH primary school in Andover. They are seeking to appoint a full-time Teacher to join their dedicated team. This rewarding role is paid to the Main Pay Scale (MPS) and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
As a Teacher in this SEMH setting, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible learning while supporting pupils with a range of academic, behavioural, social and emotional needs. You will work closely with support staff and pastoral teams to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.
This Teacher role in Andover is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning through consistency, structure and positive relationships.
Role Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
