Job Title: TA Complex Needs
Full Time | Term Time Only | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm
Location: M31 & WA14

We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants and Classroom Support staff to work with pupils who have complex needs across two specialist provisions in the M31 and WA14 areas.
This is a rewarding full-time opportunity for confident, skilled support staff who are comfortable providing 1:1 and 2:1 support within a non-traditional learning environment, where pupils are taught individually rather than in shared classrooms.
The Role
Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support for pupils with complex needs
Supporting pupils who are taught individually, not in a mainstream classroom setting
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider multidisciplinary support team
Helping to create a calm, supportive and structured learning environment
Roles Available
2 x Teaching Support roles
(Level 2, Level 3 or Level 4 – experience with complex needs essential)
2 x Classroom Support roles
(Level 1 or relevant experience considered)
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teaching Assistant or experienced Classroom Support worker
Proven experience supporting pupils with complex needs
Calm, patient and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Available to work full time, Monday to Friday
Holds an Enhanced DBS (Child and Adult)
Able to drive
