Primary Supply Teacher | Ad-Hoc Supply | LEO Academy Trust | Sutton | ASAP Start Location: Sutton, Greater London Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Ad-Hoc Supply Teacher / Weekly Supply Pay: £150–£190 per day PAYE Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm Primary Supply Teacher – Sutton We are currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to work within a welcoming and inclusive primary school within LEO Academy Trust in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for ad-hoc supply teaching and regular weekly supply shifts, with the potential for the role to develop into a long-term or full-time position. The school has opportunities across KS1 and KS2, so they are happy to consider teachers who are confident teaching either key stage or have experience across both. The Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Provide day-to-day and weekly supply cover across KS1 and KS2. Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons following school planning. Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment. Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff. Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and pupil needs. Use Google Classroom and other educational technology to support learning. Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and expectations. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school. Confidence teaching KS1 and/or KS2. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Comfortable using Google Classroom, or willing to quickly learn the platform. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Flexible, reliable and adaptable approach to supply teaching. What We Offer Ad-hoc supply teaching opportunities from ASAP.
