The Role: • Provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. • Support learning through tailored activities, interventions, and one-to-one or small group sessions. • Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and other professionals to support pupils’ individual development plans. • Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, communication, and wellbeing. • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
