Axcis Education is recruiting dedicated ASD Support Staff to work across a number of primary and secondary settings in North West London, supporting students with additional needs within a therapeutic education environment. About the Role You will be supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them access learning and develop both academically and emotionally. This is a hands-on role where you will: -Build strong, trusting relationships with students. -Manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively. -Support students with emotional regulation and engagement. -Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their individual goals. -Work collaboratively as part of a therapeutic and multidisciplinary team.
