									SEND Teaching Assistant – SEMH & Behaviour Support
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Axcis Education is seeking a confident and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing school environment.
The Role:
•	Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
•	Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
•	Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
•	Work closely with SENCO and pastoral staff
About You:
•	Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural challenges
•	Calm, empathetic, and patient under pressure
•	Excellent communication and teamwork skills
