Job Title: SEND Teacher
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join an all-ages SEND school in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and helping every pupil reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be confident teaching pupils with a wide range of needs, including PMLD, ASD, ADHD, SLD, complex needs and challenging behaviour. You will be able to adapt your teaching to meet individual needs, create an engaging and supportive learning environment, and build strong, positive relationships with pupils. Applicants must hold QTS and have at least one year’s experience teaching within a SEND setting. You should be patient, resilient and confident managing a variety of needs and behaviours, while maintaining a nurturing approach and high expectations for all pupils. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with pay dependent on the teacher scale and experience.
