We are looking for someone who: • Has experience teaching SLD pupils, or a strong ambition to develop within this specialist sector; • Can plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual sensory, communication, and learning needs; • Has a positive understanding of supporting children and young people with complex SEND; • Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); • Is confident, positive, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a small team.
